Who are we?

Leelanau Land Surveying is a small, local land surveying firm specializing in boundary surveying. We have been in business since 1999 serving the Leelanau, Benzie, & Grand Traverse area

Leelanau Land Surveying offers a full range of surveying services including boundary surveys, mortgage reports, topographic surveys, elevation certificates, & site plans. We also do land divisions and site condominiums.

Vickie Brown, P.S. has over 20 years experience in boundary, site condominium, and topographic work. She is also the Leelanau County Representative for the County Remonumentation Program. Vickie lives in Leland with her husband and has two boys attending Leland Schools. She graduated from Michigan Tech University in 1983 with a degree in Land Surveying and has worked for NOAA doing hydrographic Surveying, GPS work, and local surveying companies in the Grand Traverse area. Zach Baker, P.S. has a background in GPS, AutoCAD, and construction & large project surveying. Zach attended Glen Lake High School and Graduated from Michigan Tech University in 2001 with a degree in Land Surveying. Leelanau Land Surveying is located in Leland, just down the street from the courthouse at 201 Oak Street.
